Software Service Engineering
(Spring 2015, International Graduate Students)

Software Service Engineering: A service is a provider-to-client interaction that creates and captures value while sharing risks, therefore, the course of Software Service Engineering focus on Service Engineering for software area. The main contents of this course include: 1) what is service and service engineering as well as software service engineering; 2) Service Engineering Methodology; 3) Service Mode Innovation; 4) Service Modeling; 5) Service System Construction and Running; 6) Value of Service etc. Meanwhile, we also pay attentions to related popular technologies of software service engineering, i.e. cloud computing, outsourcing, mashup as well as big data. Except for those IAAS, PAAS and SAAS, content about machine learning and computer vision will also been mentioned in this course.
